Overview

At Appliance Key, we offer local appliance delivery and warehouse pickup options for customers throughout Southern California. Delivery availability, timing, access requirements, and fees may vary based on location, product size, order amount, stairs, access conditions, and requested delivery service level.

Because many appliances are open-box, limited quantity, or one-of-one units, customers should confirm availability, condition notes, delivery access, pickup timing, and installation requirements before purchase.

Delivery Area

Appliance Key offers local delivery throughout Southern California, including select areas of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and surrounding regions when available.

Delivery outside our standard local service area may require a custom quote. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your ZIP code qualifies for delivery.

Delivery Options & Costs

Curbside or Garage Drop-Off Free on orders over $2,000 Standard local delivery option for qualifying orders.
Curbside or Garage Drop-Off $250 delivery fee Applies to orders under $1,999.99 within eligible local delivery areas.
Inside-Home Delivery Additional cost Available by request when access conditions allow. Quote may vary by product, distance, stairs, and placement location.
Stairs / Steps 3 steps included Additional steps, staircases, elevators, tight access, or difficult delivery conditions may require added fees.
Warehouse Pickup Free Available by appointment at our Pacoima warehouse after the unit is confirmed.

Important: Inside-home delivery, stairs beyond 3 steps, tight access, long carries, elevator deliveries, haul-away, and installation are not included in standard delivery unless specifically quoted and approved.

Warehouse Pickup

  • Location: Pickup may be available by appointment at Appliance Key, 12824 Pierce St, Pacoima, CA 91331.
  • Appointment Required: Please contact us before arriving so we can confirm the exact unit, pickup timing, and warehouse availability.
  • Inspection: Customers should inspect the appliance before loading. Appliance Key is not responsible for transit damage after a unit leaves our facility with the customer or the customer’s carrier.
  • Loading: Large appliances require the correct vehicle, straps, protection, and assistance. Our team may assist on-site when available, but customers are responsible for safe transport after pickup.

Delivery Process & Conditions

  • Scheduling: After your order is placed, our team will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and estimated time window.
  • Access: Delivery paths must be safe, clear, and accessible. This includes driveways, gates, hallways, doorways, elevators, stairs, and placement areas.
  • Adult Required: An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • Delivery Limitations: If conditions prevent safe delivery, we may need to reschedule or quote additional service fees.
  • Installation: Standard delivery does not include installation, connection, built-in placement, panel installation, electrical work, gas work, plumbing work, anti-tip installation, or cabinetry modification unless separately quoted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your appliance at the time of delivery. If you notice new delivery damage or receive an incorrect item, notify the delivery team immediately and contact Appliance Key the same day.

Visible delivery damage should be documented with photos and noted before the delivery team leaves whenever possible. Damage reported after delivery may be more difficult to verify.

Open Box Condition Reminder

Open-box, scratch and dent, floor model, and certified serviced appliances may have condition notes, cosmetic marks, missing packaging, prior handling, or other disclosed details. Cosmetic condition should be reviewed before purchase and is not considered delivery damage when previously disclosed.
