Yes! You can book a private showroom appointment by contacting us at sales@appliancekey.com. Our team will walk you through available inventory and answer any questions.
We carry top appliance brands including Bosch, Miele, Thermador, Gaggenau, Wolf, JennAir, and more. Our inventory includes refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, hoods, and coffee systems in brand new, showroom display, open box, and scratch & dent condition.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items
- Return requests must be make 5 business days of delivery or pick-up
- We recommend you inspect appliance immediately upon delivery or warehouse pick-up
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
Yes:
- Showroom Display units come with the full manufacture warranty, just like new appliances
- Open box appliances include a 90-day limited warranty covers functionality
- Scratch & dent appliances include a 30-day functional warranty
Note: Cosmetic imperfections are not covered but are always clearly disclosed
All brand new appliances are factory-sealed and include a 1–2 year manufacturer warranty, which covers parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship.

- We'll help troubleshoot and schedule authorized service
- If covered, we'll assist with repair or replacement
Yes! We offer local delivery throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding area, or you can pick up directly from our warehouse once you're order is ready.
You can save up to 40% compared to standard retail prices-while still receiving full performance and warranty protection
If an appliance has any visible blemishes (likes dents or scratches), they will clearly described and potographrad in the pordocurs listing. Cosmetic damages does not affect performance and is not covered by warranty.
